A neighborhood with roots
Established in the early 1970s on the south side of Jacksonville, Deerwood has grown into a thriving private community of 977 homes. Towering live oaks, a network of lakes, and carefully maintained common areas form the backdrop for a neighborhood that values privacy, community, and the natural environment.
